A due job can be claimed once. A claim expires after 60 controlled seconds. Recovery must preserve its payload, increment its durable generation and leave fresh, future and completed jobs alone.
This lease policy is added for the lab. Local completion uses a fixed generation guard outside the candidate. The complete TEND app and Discord are not running.
